Overview
We are actively seeking highly qualified clinicians to join our organization as Owners/Operators of a Women's Therapy Center in their locale.
We chose the vehicle of franchising for this expansion yet we realize that most clinicians will not be familiar with this concept. The following are valuable resources:
Introduction to Franchising, published by the International Franchise Association. This guide includes explanation about the concept, a guide for choosing and checking out a franchise opportunity, a legal explanation, a self quiz, and more. And additional resource is General Topics for Franchisees, published by Franchise Money Maker (follow links on the navigation column on right)
Our offering is a unique opportunity for select clinicians with a desire for independent business ownership to join us as franchise partners and enjoy the benefits that franchising offers:
- Brand recognition that attracts referrals
- Business and marketing plan
- Comprehensive business operating system
- Detailed start-up training
- Site evaluation and design assistance
- Ongoing support and guidance
- Continuing training and professional development
- System-wide marketing campaign
- Electronic Patient Care Management system
- Own web page on www.womentc.com

The concept
We are committed to maintaining the high standards and reputation for which we have been known. Therefore, our rate of growth will be determined by the ability to find the right clinicians who will complement our team of experts.
The treatment concept is that of a body & mind team approach, composed of a hands-on female clinician and a mental health female clinician. We are seeking competent, passionate female clinicians with an open mind for learning and growth.
Each clinician must meet professional and licensure requirements in the state/s in which she practices. Each clinician will maintain her professional independence.
-
The hands-on female clinician
- May be a physical therapist, nurse practitioner, nurse midwife, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or physician assistant.
- Generally, the clinician should have at least five (5) years of experience in a clinical practice, including advance training and two (2) or more years of clinical experience in pelvic floor rehab and/or gynecology.
-
The mental health female clinician
- May be a clinical social worker, clinical psychologist with a doctorate, mental health counselor, marriage & family counselor, or a psychiatric nurse.
- Generally, the clinician should have at least five (5) years of experience in a clinical setting, having treated adults in areas such as marriage therapy and/or relationship dynamics.
- Clinicians with training in cognitive-behavior treatment approach will have a strong advantage, as will those with a clinical sexology certificate.
-
The business concept:
We offer two (2) options for establishing the franchise:
- The hands-on clinician and the mental health clinician equally own the franchise (50% each), while each maintains her professional independence.
- The hands-on clinician owns 100% of the franchise, the mental health clinician acts as a consultant to the franchise, and each clinician maintains her professional independence. If this option is chosen, the mental health clinician will still be required to execute the Franchise Agreement together with any other documents we require, and she will be bound by the terms of those agreements.
Regardless of option chosen, both clinicians will have to go through the application process, as well as attend and successfully complete the initial training.
