“What lies before us, and what lies behind us, is not nearly as important as what lies within us.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
As a psychotherapist, Beth works with individuals and with couples, guiding their healing by bringing out the best of what lies within them.
Perceiving therapy as a journey she shares with her patients, Beth views them as a ‘whole,’ encompassing their physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects into one being, while creating a safe and emphatic therapeutic environment for their process.
Beth received her Masters of Social Work from Stony Brook University, is licensed in the State of New York, and is a member in good standing of the Clincial Social Work Association (CSWA) and of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
Beth brings many years of experience supporting people in all stages of life during their times of crisis, change, sorrow, and joy. Her professional focus is on intervention for panic/anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem issues, sex therapy, and life’s transitions.
