We were delighted to be contacted by US News & World Report for our input about vaginismus. They also wanted to speak with real patients, and we were touched to see how many of our ‘graduates’ offered to be interviewed.
We regret that, due to time and space limitations, the magazine could not interview all the ladies who stepped forward. From our end – we greatly appreciate your eagerness to be a voice for vaginismus, and we thank you very much!
The article came out yesterday, titled How to Recognize and Overcome Vaginismus — please share and help us continue to raise awareness about this devastating condition, may it be primary vaginismus (typically due to anxiety, scary stories, religious or cultural factors), or secondary vaginismus (often due to menopause and treatment for female cancer).
Our other regret is that our credentials were erroneously listed, and hope that a correction will be put forth.
