Samantha Stietzle, Office Manager

Samantha (Sam) is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, and for overseeing administrative support.  She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and with a solid experience in managing and schedule our office operation.

Sam is often the first person a patient talks to when they contact us to schedule an appointment or to inquire about our services.  She has the ability, in her kind and attentive ways, to make them feel at ease about the intimate nature of our services, and to reassure them that they are in the right place.

Additionally, Sam is excellent at navigating insurance details, such as benefits, exceptions, claim submission, appeals, etc.  She works with insurance companies to find any possibility for reimbursement so as to alleviate that stress for the patient.
